Linen Properties:

For centuries, linen has been widely used in the entire world. It is one of the most practical and durable fabrics, perfect for home textiles and clothes. This fiber is five times more resistant to friction than cotton, therefore, linen products will serve you long. Linen is air-permeable and perfect for your skin. 

One of the key advantages of this fabric is its anti-allergic properties, as a result, allergic people often choose it. The fabric does not cause allergies and has anti-septic properties.

Linen has a tendency to shrink slightly. However, we work with the European OEKO-TEX certified linen. It is softened and stonewashed, and that decreases the tendency of the fabric to shrink after washing. 

 

Taking Care of the Product:

In order to enjoy the quality of products and durability, it is important to know how to take care of this fabric precisely. 

Linen fiber is very strong but not elastic, therefore, linen products tend to wrinkle. However, it is one of the fabric peculiarities.

After each wash, linen is becoming softer and softer and wrinkles less. If you dislike it getting wrinkled, you can iron linen while it is still damp. We recommend ironing it from the inside out to prevent colors from fading and gloss.

Linen products can be hand, machine washed, or dry cleaned. Wash it using a light mode 30 ˚C (86˚F) – 40 ˚C (104 ˚F).

We also do not recommend using chlorine-based detergents. They can damage the fabric structure and color.

Avoid drying linen in direct sunlight. After washing and slightly wringing out the fabric, hang it properly for it not to wrinkle while drying. Since linen dries pretty quickly, it is important to take it off on time, otherwise, it will be difficult to iron it.

Refund and Change:

In order to request a refund or change your order, please contact us within 14 days of placing the order.

To cancel your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order.

The goods have to be returned to the seller within 45 days of the delivery to the recipient. After sending the returned item, please inform us via email. In addition, we ask you to specify the registration code of the dispatched package. Should you fail to do it, refunding may take longer. 

Goods cannot be returned or replaced if they were made according to your individual order.

We try to provide as much information and photos about the products, that is why we recommend reading the item descriptions and dimensions attentively.

Attention! Product colors on the PC/phone may look different in reality due to the computer/ phone resolution and monitor color limitations. 

If you are not happy with your purchase and it did not meet your expectations, please inform us. We will find the best solution.

 

Highly Important:

The returned goods cannot be stained, washed, worn, or damaged otherwise. Labels cannot be torn off.

We make the refund within 15 days of the receipt of the item. Items are returned at the client’s expense. 

We are not liable for the damage or losses incurred during the item shipment.

Production:

Our products are handmade and made according to your order. Products are created with love and dedication. Every product is cut out separately and sewn. As a result, the production process takes a while. Thank you for your understanding.

Sewing and shipment take from 2 until 3 weeks depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Lithuania.

 

An Individual Order:

According to your request, we can prolong or shorten the length of the trousers, shirt sleeves. According to your liking, we can replace the buttons. We will kindly listen to your wishes.

Every individual order is coordinated individually. 

Please note: products made according to the individual order are not returned.

 

Delivery:

 

We offer WORLDWIDE ECONOMY (STANDARD) and WORLDWIDE EXPRESS delivery.

Make sure to specify the phone number for the courier to be able to contact you.

Delivery term depends on the country to which we send the completed order. All orders are sent to the address specified by you on Etsy platform. Attentively fill in the shipment data.

You can change the delivery address by informing us within 2 days after placing the order.
